REGISTRATION

We have a 20-player capacity in the round robins. To secure your place in the draw, you must submit this form by Wednesday at noon and check in at the Gilbert Office no later than 7:30pm. This deadline ensures that the tournament starts on time and that all players get a fair chance to participate.

STANDBY LIST

In the event that you (1) do not register at all; (2) miss the Wednesday at noon cutoff; or (3) arrive late having registered, you will be placed on the standby list in order of arrival. Judging from past turnout, some people on the standby list will not get to participate.

CANCELLATION

Should your plans change, please e-mail us (gilbertpingpong@gmail.com) promptly to let us know. If you're a "no show," you will only be eligible for standby registration at future events.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We value your privacy. Your information will only be used to contact you about these events and will not be given out to anyone else.

RATING

If you are unsure of your rating, use this explanation of the rating system to estimate your skill level. If you still have questions, feel free to write us at gilbertpingpong@gmail.com. We need at least an estimate in order to place you in the draw with others near your ability.
